Our swanky offices are located in Fort Worth’s trendy Magnolia area. We’re serious about our work and serve clients from a variety of industries including consumer, travel & tourism and business-to-business. This is not a “sit on Facebook” all day internship (unless you’re researching). Program Overview:
Schaefer Advertising Co. has opportunity for one account service intern in the spring and summer of 2012. 

Spring Program:
Interns will be required to work 12 hours a week (3, 4-hour days) for 12 weeks, totaling 144 hours during the term. Days/times will be determined according to the selected student’s class schedule.

2012 Summer Schedule:
January 16 - April 13 (allowing a week off for Spring Break)

Summer Program:
Interns will be required to work 24-hour weeks for duration of 10 weeks, totaling 240 credit hours.

2012 Summer Schedule:
May 30 – July 2
Monday – Thursday 9:00-4:00

Compensation:
This is an unpaid internship program. However, each candidate will receive a set stipend throughout his or her assigned term.

Program Requirements:

• Must be a junior or senior level student with the appropriate study major: strategic communications, business, marketing, Ad/PR
• Must have a 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA
• Involved in extra-curricular, on-campus and community-based activities
• Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement
• Must have/provide a valid drivers license
• Must provide appropriate paperwork for course credit
• Must be available to work the number of hours outlined for spring and summer semesters
• Must be outgoing and eager to learn the business
• Sense of humor is a MUST!
